Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Arsenal-1 maintenance and reliability function south of Columbus, Ohio. You will build the maintenance organization from the ground up, hire and develop the technician team, and establish preventive/predictive programs to keep a hyper-scale manufacturing operation running at high availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or supervising maintenance, reliability, or skilled-trades teams.
• Hands-on technical depth across mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/controls.
• Experience building preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of CMMS/EAM for work orders and PM scheduling.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective-action approach (5-Why, FMEA).
• Experience managing MRO/spare-parts inventory and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of safety practices, lockout/tagout, electrical safety.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, OEM manuals.
• Willing to work on the production floor and adapt to change.
• Passion for training and developing technicians.
• Knowledge of 5S/Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, coach and mentor the maintenance team across multiple shifts.
• Establish preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Set up CMMS with asset hierarchy, PMs, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
• Direct daily maintenance operations and balance PM vs breakdowns to protect production.
• Lead rapid troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions in PM plans.
• Ensure safety procedures, lockout/tagout and standard work are followed.
• Collaborate with facilities, controls, manufacturing eng, production, supply chain and EHS.
• Develop spare-parts strategy and vendor relationships for total cost of ownership.
• Create and track maintenance KPIs and report reliability performance and risks.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement across maintenance.
• Assist with capital planning by providing reliability input and lifecycle cost insights.
• Show up with urgency to keep the line running.
