Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to stand up and lead the maintenance and reliability function at Arsenal-1 in Pickaway County, Ohio.

You will hire and develop a technician team, establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs, stand up the CMMS, and partner with facilities, controls, and production to keep a hyper-scale manufacturing operation running at high availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervising maintenance or reliability teams in manufacturing.
• Hands-on depth across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls.
• Experience building preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience managing MRO / spare-parts inventory and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with 5S, Lean or Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, coach, and mentor the Arsenal-1 maintenance team through ramp and multi-shift operations.
• Stand up preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Stand up CMMS system, define PM schedules, work flows, and spare-parts data.
• Direct daily maintenance operations and balance PM with breakdown work to protect production.
• Lead rapid troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues on the floor.
• Drive root-cause analysis and improvements to PM plans and standard work.
• Ensure safety procedures and lockout/tagout are followed across all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with facilities, controls, manufacturing eng, production, supply chain, and EHS.
• Develop spare-parts strategy and vendor relationships to optimize cost of ownership.
• Build and report maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance).
• Support 5S and continuous improvement across the maintenance org.
