Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to stand up and lead the maintenance and reliability function at Arsenal‑1, just south of Columbus, Ohio.

You will hire, develop the technician team, establish PM programs, implement CMMS, and partner with facilities and production to keep a hyper‑scale operation running at high availability. Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or supervising maintenance, reliability, or skilled-trades teams.
• Hands-on technical depth across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or controls systems.
• Experience building and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of a CMMS/EAM system for work orders, PM scheduling, and asset/spares management.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective-action skills (5-Why, FMEA).
• Experience managing MRO/spare-parts inventory and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, P&IDs, and OEM manuals.
• Willing to work on the production floor and adapt to a changing environment.
• Passion for employee development and training.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma principles.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) proficiency.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Arsenal-1 maintenance technician team across multi-shifts.
• Stand up preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Establish and administer CMMS with asset hierarchy, PM schedules, and spare-parts data.
• Direct daily maintenance operations and balance PM vs breakdowns to protect the schedule.
• Lead rapid troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve PM plans and standard work.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and best practices.
• Partner with facilities, controls, automation, and other teams for new equipment installs.
• Develop and manage spare-parts strategy and vendor relationships.
• Build KPIs and provide regular reliability performance reports.
• Champion 5S and continuous improvement across maintenance.
