Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to stand up and lead the maintenance and reliability function at Arsenal-1, a hyper-scale manufacturing site south of Columbus, OH.

You will build the maintenance organization from the ground up, hire and develop technicians, establish preventive and predictive programs, implement CMMS, and partner with facilities, controls, and production to keep the line running at high availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or supervising maintenance, reliability, or skilled-trades teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on technical depth across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or controls systems with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience building and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and improving equipment uptime.
• Working knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems for work orders, PM scheduling, and asset/spares management.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective-action methodologies (5-Why, FMEA).
• Experience managing MRO/spare-parts inventory and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of safety practices, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety.
• Able to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, P&IDs, OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor the Arsenal-1 maintenance technician team across shifts with a safety-first culture.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance for production equipment and tooling.
• Stand up CMMS/EAM, PM schedules, work orders, and spare parts inventory data as truth.
• Direct daily maintenance operations: prioritize work orders, unblock blockers, protect production schedule.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues on the floor to minimize downtime.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions; feed improvements into PM plans and standard work.
• Ensure safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and safe work practices are followed.
• Collaborate with facilities, controls, and production on new equipment installs and maintainability.
