You will bring 8+ years of experience with COBOL, DB2, VSAM and JCL to drive high-performance financial processing in a hybrid work environment.

Lead the development lifecycle, enhance transaction processing, ensure system stability, and push continuous improvement across batch and online components.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on mainframe development in large-scale financial environments.
• Strong COBOL, DB2, VSAM and JCL with performance tuning.
• Experience supporting Cards and Payments systems, including processing and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and enhancement of mainframe apps for high-volume payments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and optimize batch and online processing components.
• Review COBOL programs, DB2 queries, and VSAM structures for performance.
• Develop and maintain efficient JCL processes and scheduling.
