Job summary

ConMet is seeking an on-site technical representative for the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team in Monroe, NC (also supporting Monterrey, MX). The role owns hub and drum machining processes, equipment specifications, and inspection standards, driving CAPEX projects and change readiness.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment with AME standards, enabling timely production readiness and continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

• Machining process specifications and standards aligned with engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Lead engineering changes to support launches and readiness.
• Support procurement, vendor management, installation, and validation testing for new CNC equipment.
