Core Responsibilities

• Ensure proper execution of the downtime escalation protocol.
• Conduct rounds multiple times per shift to ensure all work is logged accurately in SAP.
• Provide hands-on training according to the Supervisor's training plan.
• Serve as the maintenance point of contact on the floor with other departments.
• Assist the supervisor with root cause analysis and equipment risk assessments.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times. Work flexible hours as needed.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, personnel, and company policies, including production standards.
