Qualifications

• Technical related (Engineering, Maintenance, etc) work experience.
• Experience in leading a technical team.
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Self-motivated individual.

Responsibilities

• General Project Management.
• Direct Continuous Improvement Activities.
• Support/Control Department Budgets.
• Direct / Implement / Manage Preventative Maintenance Programs.
• Supervise both salaried and hourly associates.
• Availability to be on call.
