Job summary

Astemo, Ltd. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician II to ensure reliable operation of our equipment within the IPM Department on 1st Shift.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, replace worn parts, calibrate machinery, and document activities to minimize downtime and promote production quality.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, a HS diploma or GED, and knowledge of Windows/Excel and PLC concepts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years work-related experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines per maintenance schedules.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, or sensors.
• Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical problems or abnormalities.
• Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
