Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Production Maintenance Leader to head a dedicated team ensuring optimal performance of plant machinery and equipment. You will coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering, set performance and cost standards, and manage critical parts inventory.

This role requires coaching and training, strict safety and housekeeping adherence, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in industrial maintenance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, and PLC equipment.
• Skilled with troubleshooting tools for maintenance and repair.
• Able to work in manufacturing environments for extended periods and travel occasionally.
• Experience with a 3rd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of plant machinery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering on standards and costs.
• Maintain critical parts inventory and provide coaching and training.
• Uphold safety and housekeeping standards and drive continuous improvement.
