Job summary

Paslin seeks a Machine Build Leader to oversee the layout, installation, and modification of automated mechanical systems for our machine tool integration team. You will lead mechanical builders with training, supervision, and daily assignments to ensure safety and quality.

Based in Michigan, the role requires travel to customer sites in the USA, Canada and Mexico during installations, with shifts from 6am to 2:30pm and possible longer hours during critical phases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Senior Toolmaker or Senior Machine Builder.
• 3+ years as a supervisor or team leader is preferred.
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with mechanical and electrical build requirements.
• Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality systems knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
