Job summary

Paslin is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Build Supervisor to oversee the mechanical build and installation of complex machine tool systems. You will guide assembly teams with clear communication, coaching, and expert know-how to ensure project milestones are met.

This role requires 3+ years leading toolmakers or machine builders, experience with automated assemblies, and travel to Paslin sites across the USA, Canada and Mexico. Regular on-site hours, with potential overtime during critical phases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and supervising toolmakers, machine builders, or similar professionals.
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with mechanical and electrical build requirements.
• Lean manufacturing and quality systems experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical build and installation of complex machine tool systems.
• Guide assembly teams with clear communication, coaching and technical know-how.
• Track time in ERP and drive quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Travel to multiple Paslin sites and work extended periods at various locations.
