Job summary

Paslin is seeking an experienced Machine Build Leader to guide the layout, installation and modification of automated mechanical systems for our advanced manufacturing equipment. You will support mechanical builders with leadership, training and daily assignments on-site at Hoover, 10-Mile or Cherry Creek facilities.

The role requires 7+ years as a Senior Toolmaker or Senior Machine Builder, 3+ years of supervision, and knowledge of automated assembly systems, mechanical and electrical build

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Senior Toolmaker or Senior Machine Builder.
• 3+ years as a supervisor or team leader.
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with mechanical and electrical build requirements.
• Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead layout, installation, and modification of automated mechanical systems.
• Provide leadership, training, and daily assignments to mechanical builders.
• Collaborate across multiple Paslin sites and projects.
• Maintain safety-first operations and ensure quality standards.
• Travel to customer sites in USA, Canada and Mexico as required.
