Job summary

Noblq is seeking an experienced Mac Systems Administrator and Operations professional to manage and optimize Mac endpoints in an onsite Atlanta environment. You will configure, maintain, and support workstation and security applications, including Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, and Microsoft Intune, while planning requirements for infrastructure changes.

You will build deployment packages, test pilot versions, and create documentation for Global Help Desk support.

Qualifications

7+ years administering Jamf, Intune or other MDM for Mac endpoints.
3+ years of identity and access management experience.
Advanced scripting knowledge (bash, python, etc.).
Experience handling security incidents.
Ability to prioritize based on criticality.

Responsibilities

Provide backend configuration, maintenance and support for workstation and security apps (Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, Microsoft Intune).
Plan requirements for new/changing infrastructure services and prepare automation packages.
Builds and test pilot versions for new services and changes; create solution documentation for Global Help Desk support.
Provide senior technical troubleshooting for endpoint services platform offerings and incidents.
Review Service-Now tickets related to Jamf/Mac and update in a timely manner.
