Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field required.
• 7+ years in software development with embedded/automotive focus.
• Proficient in C or other programming languages.
• Experience leading technical projects and initiatives.
• Experience with battery management sensing software and AFEs.
• Knowledge of SAFe principles and practices.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and emerging tech.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural design and development of LV battery sensing software for scalable, reliable performance.
• Drive process improvements in software development, tooling, and SAFe practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate with hardware, QA, and product management to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as SME in LV battery software and contribute to strategic technical roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems through group problem-solving.
• Contribute to enterprise data architecture strategies for battery systems data.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality processes.
