Universal Genève is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager for its New York City flagship. You will direct daily boutique operations, staff zoning, and floor coverage to deliver a seamless client journey.

You will coach and supervise the team, cultivate VIP relationships, manage CRM data in Salesforce, and ensure back-of-house excellence from stock logistics to security. A strong track record in luxury retail leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of management experience in luxury retail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable analyzing retail metrics and using Salesforce.
• Refined communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily boutique floor operations and staff zoning to ensure optimal coverage.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and cultivate VIP relationships.
• Audit CRM entries and KPIs to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Own service recovery and resolve client issues swiftly.
