Job summary

The Knox is seeking a Wellbeing Supervisor to oversee and train the spa team, schedule appointments, and assist with billing and retail operations. You will ensure facilities are prepared, guest needs are anticipated, and service standards remain at the pinnacle of luxury.

Ideal candidates have luxury hotel or spa experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred and bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train all Wellbeing (Spa) team members to ensure guests receive the ultimate experience.
• Schedule all spa-related appointments, check guests in/out, and assist in retail sales.
• Monitor spa and fitness facilities to ensure opening/closing readiness and cleanliness.
