Comstock Companies is seeking a Residential Property Manager for a luxury high-rise in Arlington, VA. You will lead the onsite team, drive leasing momentum, manage budgets, and align operations with brand standards to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating marketing with our team, overseeing pricing, reporting variances, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws while elevating resident satisfaction and property performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in property management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and variance reporting.
• Expertise in federal fair housing and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train the onsite team to deliver first-class service and achieve goals.
• Oversee the lease-up process from first contact through move-in.
• Partner with Marketing to develop and execute luxury lease-up campaigns.
• Oversee daily leasing activity, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
• Address resident concerns professionally and solutions-oriented.
• Prepare annual business plan and oversee daily operations to meet financial goals.
• Support monthly financial reporting with variance analyses and summaries.
• Oversee maintenance to reflect luxury standards and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with construction/Development for smooth transitions to operations.
