Job summary

Comstock seeks an experienced Sr. Leasing Consultant for its luxury, high-rise apartments in Arlington, VA. You will manage the leasing process end-to-end, from lead generation to tenant occupancy, while delivering warm, personalized service to residents and prospects.

Required 2 years in multi-family leasing, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Yardi and MS Office. This on-site role offers opportunities to creatively market the community and drive high occupancy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related fields.
• 2 years of leasing experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service orientation and results focus.
• Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing community benefits.
• Oversee leasing process from lead generation to occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain weekly/monthly reports.
• Market the community online, via social media, and in the local area.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Manage and grow social media presence to engage tenants.
• Perform administrative duties to support leasing and other tasks.
