Job summary

The B. F. Saul Company is seeking a Leasing Manager for The Waycroft in Arlington, VA. You will lead the sales team, develop marketing strategies to boost traffic and occupancy, and provide outstanding luxury customer service to prospective residents.

Responsibilities include responding to web leads, conducting site tours, and executing monthly leasing programs aimed at achieving budgeted occupancy with excellence. Previous luxury property experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of sales or marketing experience in retail, multifamily, or hospitality.
• Minimum of two (2) years of luxury customer service experience.
• Ability to read and write English fluently; strong numerical skills for basic to intermediate math.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to peak performance and develop sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Respond to web leads and telephone inquiries; conduct site tours; show, lease and move in prospective residents.
• Lead monthly leasing programs guided by goals to achieve optimal performance.
