Comstock is seeking a Residential Property Manager for a luxury high-rise in Arlington, VA. You will lead the onsite team to hit leasing, occupancy, and financial targets while upholding brand standards and exceptional resident service.

You will drive marketing collaboration, oversee operations from move-in through monthly reporting, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA requirements. A strong supervisory and financial background is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of progressive experience in property management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, statements, and variance reporting.
• Expertise in federal and local housing laws (Fair Housing, ADA).
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage) and Office tools.

• Lead, motivate, and train the onsite team to deliver first-class service and achieve goals.
• Oversee the lease-up process and ensure excellent prospect experience through move-in.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies for a luxury lease-up community.
• Oversee pricing, concessions, market analysis, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and brand standards; manage vendor relationships.
