Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is seeking a Residential Property Manager to lead the onsite team at a luxury community in Arlington, VA. You will drive leasing, occupancy, and financial goals while training staff and upholding brand standards.

You will partner with Marketing on campaigns, oversee pricing, concessions and market analysis, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA. Competitive salary and strong benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive property management experience, with at least 2 years in a lease-up of a Class A or luxury residential high-rise.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, statements, and variance reporting.
• Expertise in federal fair housing and applicable state/local laws.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/RealPage), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in conflict resolution, customer service, and relationship management.
• Credible, trustworthy leader who drives excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train the onsite team to deliver first-class service and achieve goals.
• Oversee lease-up processes and ensure exceptional prospect-to-move-in experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute luxury lease-up campaigns and events.
• Manage daily leasing, pricing strategies, concessions, and market analysis.
• Address resident concerns professionally and promptly according to guidelines.
• Assist in preparing the annual business plan and oversee operations to hit leasing, occupancy, and financial targets.
• Support monthly financial reporting with variance analyses and summaries.
• Oversee maintenance to reflect luxury standards and schedule preventive tasks.
• Coordinate with construction and development for smooth operations post-construction.
• Manage vendor relationships to meet marketing and wayfinding needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws including Fair Housing and ADA.
