Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned department’s growth, performance, and day-to-day success. You will manage inventory, pricing, and profitability while coaching a high-volume sales team to achieve monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has luxury brand experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering top CSI scores and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Used Car Manager at a high-volume franchise dealership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of pre-owned inventory, including pricing, merchandising, aging, turn, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and support the pre-owned sales team, including assisting with customer turnover opportunities when needed.
• Accurately appraise trade-ins and coordinate reconditioning to maximize vehicle value and speed to market.
• Oversee inventory control, lot presentation, digital advertising, vehicle readiness, and delivery processes in a cost-effective manner.
• Administer daily department operations and coordinate activities for pre-owned sales team members.
• Partner with dealership leadership to meet monthly sales volume, gross profit, customer experience, and operational goals.
