Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction leadership experience.
• 10+ years in Greater Boston residential PM roles.
• Proven experience with luxury custom homes, multifamily, renovations, or historic restoration.
• Strong knowledge of local permitting and urban construction logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Oversee daily field operations, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, and homeowners.
• Develop and maintain schedules, look-ahead plans, and site logistics.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scope documents for accurate execution.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, changes, permits, inspections, reports, and documentation.
• Lead jobsite meetings and coordination reviews.
• Resolve field conflicts, design issues, and material delays.
• Maintain craftsmanship from structure to finishes.
• Provide regular updates to owners and leadership.
• Oversee punch lists, turnover, warranty items, and closeout.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project partners.
