• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering residential construction projects.
• Expediting and expeditor responsibilities (permits, inspections, material deliveries).
• Proficiency in inspection and quality control for code and luxury finishes.
• Logistics management: scheduling and coordinating multiple trades.
• Knowledge of high-end residential construction practices, materials, finishes.
• Excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and basic office tools.
• Ability to work on-site daily in North Easton, MA and manage multiple projects.
• Education or training in construction management, engineering, or related field; comparable experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operations team including a Project Manager, Assistant PM, and four Superintendents.
• Create and enforce project schedules using MS Project.
• Oversee preconstruction and buyout for upcoming projects in the pipeline.
• Host weekly standing meetings and team meetings to align company goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals.
