Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Site Supervisor to lead complex ground-up multifamily and historic renovation projects in Boston. This hands-on role requires a seasoned construction professional with experience managing high-end residential developments from pre-construction through completion.

Candidates should have 15+ years in construction PM with a focus on residential work in Boston, deep knowledge of permitting, codes, and historic district requirements, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• PMP or LEED credentials preferred.
• Experience with Boston permitting and historic-district regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex residential projects from pre-construction to completion, maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide hands-on site leadership while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and architects/engineers.
• Develop budgets and timelines, monitor costs, manage change orders, and address issues impacting profitability or schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Boston building codes, permits, safety requirements, and historic-property regulations.
• Mentor project managers, superintendents, and field personnel while serving as senior client contact.
