Job summary

Michael Page US is recruiting a Superintendent for luxury residential projects in Boston. The role manages day-to-day operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures high-quality work on custom homes and renovations throughout the downtown area.

The successful candidate will have 3–7 years in superintendent roles, strong leadership and communication, and comfort with light carpentry. This position offers growth within a respected builder and exposure to premium projects.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of construction experience in a Superintendent or field leadership role.
• Background managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Experience with luxury custom homes, brownstone renovations, townhomes, or condominium renovations.
• Comfortable performing light carpentry work and working with tools in the field.
• Ability to commute to project sites throughout Boston, primarily in the downtown area.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing projects valued under $1M through $5M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations on luxury residential projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets client expectations and company standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Communicate project progress and resolve field issues proactively.
• Perform light carpentry and hands-on construction tasks as needed.
• Support projects ranging from small renovations to large custom home builds.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.
