Incendia Partners is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead luxury residential construction and remodeling projects in the Boston area. You will manage high-end sites, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure superb craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, adherence to schedules and budgets, and staying current with building codes as projects include custom homes, design-build services, and historic restorations.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or construction.
• Ability to work in Boston and surrounding suburbs.
• Proven ability to lead crews and oversee inspections.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and remodeling sites for luxury residential homes.
• Communicate with clients, crew, subcontractors, and management to maintain clarity and collaboration throughout sites.
• Supervise crews, oversee subcontractors, and manage inspections to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with local codes.
• Maintain a high level of quality control, attention to detail, and the finer aspects of luxury construction.
• Plan ahead to identify potential challenges, solve problems proactively, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay open to learning new techniques, materials, and methods, continually broadening your skillset.
