Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guest services, front desk, concierge, bell, door, and related arrival/departure activities.
• Maintain visible lobby presence, greet guests by name when possible, and ensure personable service.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, VIPs, preferences, accessibility needs, and service recovery with other departments.
• Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and keep teams informed about services, events, and local recommendations.
• Monitor lobby flow, queues, calls, luggage handling, and guest requests for timely service.
• Empower staff to resolve issues at first contact and document escalations accurately.
