Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to carry and balance service tray.
• Basic knowledge of menu prices and items.
• Team player with professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to interact well with customers and employees.
• Ability to resolve problems diplomatically.
• Must be approved for and maintain a gaming license.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at assigned tables and ensures each guest needs are met.
• Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items are desired.
• Clears plates as guests complete each course.
• Serves food and beverages to guests where appropriate.
• Ushers guests to their tables.
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Refills drinks upon request.
• Provides exceptional customer service in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
• Attends necessary training meetings.
• Assists in other projects as directed.
