Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of Environmental Services supervisory/managerial experience in a high-traffic, large facility.
• Familiar with proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
• Ability to interact well with customers and employees.
• Ability to resolve problems diplomatically.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Employment is contingent upon a favorable background check and drug screening.
