Linley Park Post Acute in Anderson, SC seeks an experienced Unit Manager (LPN) to provide clinical leadership for an assigned resident care unit. This role oversees daily operations and supports nursing staff to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional resident outcomes.

The position offers a $75,000-$80,000 annual salary, on-site leadership on-call rotation, comprehensive benefits, PTO, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for professional growth across South Carolina.

Qualificações

• Current, unrestricted South Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned resident care unit.
• Supervise and support CNAs, Medication Aides, and nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely intervention for changes in status; conduct rounds and address concerns.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences; support survey readiness and quality improvement.
• Partner with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to achieve positive resident outcomes; coach and develop staff.
