Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 40-bed long-term care facility in Larimore, ND. This direct-hire night shift role emphasizes clinical expertise, leadership, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality resident care.

The successful candidate will administer IV medications, perform complex dressings, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure for the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to perform IV medication administration and dressing changes.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs and maintain stamina through shift.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Monitor and update individualized resident care plans.
• Supervise assigned staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
