TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for a Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their facility in Park River, ND. This role focuses on providing essential clinical care during the night shift, ensuring safety and dignity for residents. Responsibilities include oversight of floor staff, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited school, current North Dakota LPN licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time and part-time schedules available with potential sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
Ability to lift at least 35 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, and moving in response to job tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide direct oversight of floor staff, ensuring all evening care protocols are executed flawlessly.
Administer medications and perform treatments according to nursing standards.
Observe residents throughout the night, documenting changes in condition and reporting as required.
Safeguard resident privacy and property while promoting a restful environment.
Utilize transfer equipment safely during nighttime movements.
Use the EMR system to maintain meticulous records of care.
Respond promptly to call lights, providing reassurance to residents and their families.
