Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in Larimore, North Dakota. The 14-week contract starts 11/23/2026, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Active ND LPN licensure and BLS certification are required; prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred. Travel support, onboarding, and no on-call coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Dakota is required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions and understand the admission process; complete transfers and discharges; report falls as required.
• Provide nursing care during night shifts, including med pass at the beginning of the shift; maintain up to 2 CNAs during this period.
