Job summary

PACS is seeking a qualified LPN/LVN nurse leader to oversee daily nursing operations in a post-acute setting. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with policies, and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the relevant state.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability; capable of planning, organizing, and directing nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with laws, regulations, and facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures; review and update department documents as needed.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program and cooperate with surveys and audits.
