PACS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the resident care team in our Florida facility. You will oversee nursing assistants, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the highest quality of care for residents.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, accurate charting, medication administration oversight, and collaboration with physicians and support staff to improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• Experience directing nursing assistants and managing day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.
• Strong charting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee medication administration, nursing procedures, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments for resident care plans.
• Lead staff development, orientation and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate resident records, charts and daily census reporting.
