Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities and supervise CNAs.

• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and QA program.
• Oversee staffing, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
• Complete and review charting, medication administration, and resident plans.
