Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN to supervise nursing staff in a Florida long-term care facility. The role covers administrative leadership, charting, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing assistants, coordinating shifts, planning care with physicians, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Requires an active Florida license and CPR certification, with PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification. Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for carrying out assigned duties.
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day nursing services and ensure CNAs follow policies.
• Review and update care plans, discharge plans and nursing procedures.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift assignments with Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality assurance programs.
