Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to partner with the Director of Nursing to plan and direct resident care services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements.
• 2 years care experience preferred.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct resident care services.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures governing daily nursing functions.
• Coordinate care plans, admissions, discharges, and family communications.
• Support the budget and staffing plan for the nursing service department.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement programs.
• Complete documentation, orders, and progress notes per policy.
