Job summary

Reliantcaremgmt in Missouri seeks a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to lead daily resident care and coordinate rehabilitation-focused services in our eldercare facility.

You will supervise staff, ensure quality management practices, document assessments, and collaborate with the team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

A valid LPN or RN license and long-term care experience are required; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered LPN or RN license
• Experience in long-term care
• Strong leadership and Total Quality Management
• Excellent assessment and documentation skills
• Passion for working with the elderly
• Experience with behavior-challenged residents preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to residents
• Assist with dining needs
• Respond promptly to call lights
• Chart and document resident care activities
