Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota to provide high-quality holistic nursing care and support functions for residents in long-term care settings. The role includes leading licensed and non-professional staff, ensuring compliance with nursing practice standards and regulations. Shift is 6:30am-3:30pm with every other weekend.

Wage is $30-$35 hourly. Candidates must meet state licensing requirements and prefer at least one year of relevant nursing

Qualifications

Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.
Meet all state and federal licensing requirements.
Strong nursing care and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct the daily nursing functions in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation of care provided.
Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in direct resident care and support functions.
Complete daily clinical and environmental rounds to evaluate care and report significant events.
