Job summary

Titusville healthcare facility seeks an LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards, coordinate with the Director of Nursing and other staff, and participate in care planning and daily rounds.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in Florida, fluency in English, and experience with PCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Knowledge of PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Nursing Service procedures.
• Maintain and update resident charts and documentation.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
