Job summary

Tarpon Bayou Center seeks an experienced LPN/LVN to lead nursing services and supervise nursing assistants ensuring high-quality care for residents. You will administer medications, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires current licensure as an LPN/LVN in Florida, ability to read and follow procedures, and strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Proficiency in PCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing functions and supervise CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Review and update care plans and discharge plans as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other departments and ensure quality care.
