Formación

• Must hold an active Florida LPN/LVN license.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to read and implement medical orders and care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Direct nursing assistants to follow policies, procedures and care plans.
• Maintain nursing service documentation and appropriate administrative records.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and HIPAA guidelines.
