PACS Group is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (LPN/LVN) to oversee daily nursing activities in a long-term care facility. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure adherence to policies, and participate in regulatory surveys to maintain high-quality resident care.

Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in Missouri and CPR certification. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential to coordinate care plans and collaborate across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification. Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred. Continuing education/licensing required.

Aufgaben

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) by authorized government agencies as required.
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs.
