Job summary

PACS is seeking a qualified LPN/LVN supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate care planning in a long-term care facility. You will lead clinical operations, participate in quality assurance, mentor staff, and ensure accurate charting and patient safety.

Must hold active LPN/LVN license and Nursing degree; strong leadership and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead shift planning, staff development, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee charting, documentation, and medication administration accuracy.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for resident care.
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
