Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor LPN to join the Wellness Team. You will supervise nursing care for residents, ensure safety, and collaborate with care partners to keep residents healthy and engaged.

This full-time role runs Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with on-call and holiday rotation; compensation ranges from $34.00 to $45.00 per hour DOE. Prior senior care experience and PCC charting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license for the applying state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior or skilled care preferred.
• Experience with PCC charting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs at move-in and monitor condition ongoing.
• Coordinate nursing care with the team and involve residents in decisions.
• Ensure staff duties for resident care are performed and respond to alerts promptly.
