Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Health Center Team. You will provide compassionate nursing care to residents, uphold our philosophy for person-directed care, and maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Requirements include an active RN license in Arizona and CPR certification; prior skilled nursing or senior care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for Arizona or applicable state.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Prior skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates nursing care provided to all residents and includes residents in decision making processes.
• Actively engages residents in daily activities as part of their rhythm of daily life.
• Assess residents' needs at admission and monitor condition during stay to promote independence.
• May lead and direct care partners with support and direction as appropriate.
