Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for its Health Center Team. Our RNs ensure a safe, healthy environment and deliver person-directed care aligned to our philosophy.

The role is temporary up to 3 months with a 2pm–10pm shift. We seek candidates with an active RN license in Arizona and CPR certification; prior skilled nursing or senior care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates nursing care for all residents and includes residents in decision making.
• Engages residents in daily activities within their rhythm of life.
• Assess needs at admission and monitor condition to promote independence per regulations.
• May lead and direct care partners with support and direction.
